• No food or drink allowed in the great hall or exhibition rooms.
• No heavy luggage permitted.
• Tickets only valid for selected date.
• Last entry to Qasr Al Watan Palace at 6:00 pm. (timings are subject to change)
• Last entry to Light Show at 7:00 pm. (timings are subject to change)
• Ticket includes access to Palace in Motion (Light show) if available.
• Last entry to Palace in Motion (Light show) 45 minutes before showtime.
• Light Show starts at 7:15 pm, subject to sunset timings.
• Please ensure compliance with the above guidelines for a pleasant visit to Qasr Al Watan Palace.
• In compliance with our regulations, certain items are prohibited on the premises, including but not limited to food, beverages, and items deemed unlawful, hazardous, dangerous, or potential weapons.
• Kindly note that Qasr Al Watan shall not assume responsibility or liability for any incidents, damages, or physical injuries sustained by visitors while on the premises or during any scheduled events at Qasr Al Watan.

• Booking and Reservation should be made 24hrs before the actual tour and excursions.
• We can only confirm the booking once the payment is done through CASH or CREDIT CARD.
• NO SHOW will be charge 100% of the actual amount paid.
• No refund is allowed for any MISSED tours and bookings. over coast tourism will not be responsible.
• 0-3 years Old can join the tour free of charge.
