Ski Dubai – Snow Plus ( Ticket Only )

Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort that lets you enjoy winter activities in the desert. You can ski or snowboard on five slopes of different levels, or have fun in the snow park with tubing, tobogganing, and more. You can also learn or improve your skills with professional lessons or try unique experiences like the Snow Bullet zipline or the Giant Ball. Ski Dubai is a place where you can experience snow in a new way.

Tour Inclusions

• Entry ticket. (and options as per selected ticket)
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
• Full-day and unlimited access to Snow Park
• Snow Cavern, Tobogganing, Giant Ball, Bob sleigh, Tube Run and Bumper Car
• One-time Ride Chairlift
• One-time Ride Mountain Thriller
• 2 hours on the slope (skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2
• Two rides of the Snow Bullet (zipline)

Important Information

• For Snow premium, our operations will coordinate with us and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date.
• The guest needs to carry our confirmation mail at the venue for Snow Premium. If you do not receive the same, please check with our team on the booking status before visiting.
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Tickets can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever, (once sold no refund).
• Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours:  from 10 am to midnight)
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the park.
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
• NOTE – Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.
• Kindly note subject to availability.
• Operations can be suspended due to conditions, maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Smoking & drinking is strictly prohibited in the premises.
• Each Passenger should comply with the regulations and restrictions.

Terms And Conditions

• Booking and Reservation should be made 48 hours before the actual tour and excursions.
• We can only confirm the booking once the payment is done through Cash or Credit Card.
•  NO SHOW will be charge 100% of the actual amount paid.
• No refund is allowed for any missed tours.
• 0-3 years Old can join the tour free of charge.
• Rate published online is Subject to Change with-out prior notice.
• Tickets once sold cannot refund.
