We accept various forms of payment as specified with Booking Form  page. #### Cancellations and Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee as outlined in our policy details. In the rare event that Over Coast Travel and Tourism cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for an alternative date. #### Use of Services Our tours are conducted with professional guides who prioritize safety and provide insightful experiences across Dubai's iconic locations. Guests are required to follow all instructions from staff during tours, ensuring their safety and enjoyment of the services provided. Smoking, littering, or disruptive behavior during tours may result in removal without refund. #### Liability Limitations Over Coast Travel and Tourism is committed to delivering exceptional service. However, we are not responsible for any indirect losses or damages related to tour services booked through our site. Participants take part in tours at their own risk; therefore, insurance covering personal injuries, medical expenses, theft, travel disruption, or loss/damage of personal property is strongly recommended.
